X-GREENS will process the data necessary to fulfill the processing purposes and which will be requested at all times depending on the specific case, such as:

  • Legal basis: Informed and express consent of the user granted when subscribing to said communications.
  • Recipients: users and subscribers.
  • Conservation periods : As long as the user remains subscribed, being able to unsubscribe in the means made available to them.

  • Purpose of the treatment: Manage registration and participation in activities, promotions and/or contests organized by X-GREENS.
  • Legal basis: Informed and express consent of the user granted when subscribing to the activity.
  • Recipients: Organizations and Public Administrations in charge of supervising the activity.
  • Conservation periods : While the activity and/or the respective contest lasts.

6. Processors and Assignees

The personal data processed may also be processed by those external collaborators, as X-GREENS treatment managers to perform the following services:

  2. Labour, accounting and/or legal management services.

8. Where do we get the data from?

We obtain user data from various sources:
